Kenneth is a licensed Broker and Appraiser with the Bahamas Real Estate Association. A trained Accountant and Financial Comptroller, Ken has brought his experience in business and finance to the real estate industry. With over 20 years experience in the real estate business, Ken is a well respected member of the real estate community in The Bahamas and has expanded his operations throughout The Bahamas.
Kenred is a licensed Salesman with the Bahamas Real Estate Association, a Certified International Property Specialist and member of the National Association of Realtors in the USA. He is also a qualified Barrister-at-Law, called to the Bar of England & Wales and the Bar of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas. Having enjoyed over 20 years in providing legal and consultancy services to some of the largest real estate and hotel developers in The Bahamas, Kenred decided to expand his services into the international real estate sector.
Tami is a former licensed realtor in the State of Georgia, in the USA and provides advisory services for the Luxury Portfolio of CRS/IF. She has an unbridled commitment to developing “clients for life” through service and innovation. She specialises in new home construction and first-time buyer relations.
Ruth is a licensed Sales Agent with the Bahamas Real Estate Association. She has had an extensive career as an executive administrator within the Public Service and brings her high standard of excellence and professionalism to the service of her clients.
Fredia is a young woman who has charted a course in the real estate construction and restoration business. She joined CRS to advise clients through the Real Estate Development & Advisory Group. She also serves as a Real Estate Apprentice. She lived in China for over 5 years and is fluent in mandarin. She assists our Brokers & Sales Agents specifically with our Asian High Net Worth Clientele.
Keith is a licensed Sales Agent with the Bahamas Real Estate Association and the Florida Real Estate Association. With over 25 years of banking and real estate experience he brings innovation and practical solutions to the advisory business. Keith focuses on resort property development and island and luxury sales.
Kayla has over 12 years experience as a Senior Executive assistant in the legal industry. She is a Justice of the Peace and joined CRS to focus on sales and first-time home buyers.
Denise, is an executive secretary with over 20 years of experience in real estate legal transactions. She is able to guide clients through all aspects of real estate transactions and oversees administration.
