The Dorsett Group focuses on representing developers in the acquisition, project financing, Government approval process, development and closings of residential and resort properties, including the location of properties suitable for a client's requirement and the procurement of contracts for the acquisition or lease of such properties. We work with Architects, Engineering Firms, Building Contractors and Real Estate Developers. We also arrange title insurance for developers, buyers and sellers of real estate through leading title insurance companies.
The Dorsett Group also represents clients in matters pertaining to licensing and approvals of the establishment of businesses in The Bahamas.
